At SVLTE Fashion, we are committed to delivering premium quality garments crafted with care. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we are here to assist you with a transparent and customer-friendly return process.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product must not show signs of perfume, makeup stains, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return:

Made-to-order, customized, or personalized garments

Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Gift cards or promotional items

Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@svltefashion.com with:

Clear photos of the item

Images of the packaging
Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Return Process

Email support@svltefashion.com with your order details to initiate a return request.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Reverse Pickup
Where available, we may arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience. If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your location, customers may be required to ship the product using a reliable courier partner.
Shipping charges related to returns may apply unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where SVLTE Fashion has shipped an incorrect or defective item.
Exchanges
To ensure faster service and product availability, we currently recommend placing a new order for exchanges. After the original item is returned and approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Important Notes
SVLTE Fashion reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with this policy or fail quality inspection. We may update this policy periodically to reflect operational or regulatory changes.
